SPEECH PATHOLOGY: ASSESSMENT AND THERAPY
An initial assessment and goal-setting session is required before commencing therapy to ensure that intervention is tailored to individual needs and priorities.
Assessment and therapy supports can be paid for privately or funded by your NDIS plan (typically, the Capacity Building Supports - Improved Daily Living budget).
These supports can be provided face-to-face or through telehealth (i.e., Microsoft Teams).
All session fees are inclusive of session preparation and clinical notes.
Private 45-minute session: $150.00
Private 60-minute session: $170.00
For assessment sessions: Time required to analyse results and prepare a summary report is billed at the same hourly rate.
Travel fees are set at $10.00 for locations within a 1–10 minute drive from my home base, $20.00 for locations within an 11–20 minute drive, and $30.00 for locations within a 21–30 minute drive. These fees cover travel both to and from the location. Additional charges apply for travel beyond these distances.
NDIS 60-minute session: $193.99 (as per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26)
Travel fees are charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26.
The maximum amount of travel time that can be claimed for the time spent travelling to each participant is 30 minutes. This will be charged at 50% of the $193.99 hourly rate ($97.00 per hour).
Report costs are determined by the nature and scope of the assessment and are billed at the standard hourly rates for assessment and therapy. All fees will be clearly discussed and confirmed prior to report completion.
For NDIS participants, mandatory reporting, such as goal reviews, are also required as part of ongoing service delivery.
Please note that we can currently only accept clients with Self or Plan Managed NDIS plans.
We can also accept Chronic Disease Management Plans through GP referral, and private health funds. We recommend that families check directly with their health fund to confirm their level of cover and any applicable entitlements.
The process of obtaining an AAC system is personalised and collaborative. This means that we will work together to identify features required within a system and explore options to reach the most appropriate tech solution. Following a device trial, we can then evaluate how the trial went to determine next steps.
We will provide ongoing support and training with the use and implementation of the communication system in your everyday environments.
Consultative supports can be paid for privately or funded by your NDIS plan. Depending on how the funding has been built into your plan will determine which budget will be charged (i.e., Core Supports, Capacity Building Supports - Improved Daily Living, or Capital Supports - Assistive Technology). These supports can be provided face-to-face or through telehealth (i.e., Microsoft Teams).
This will be charged at the standard NDIS Speech Pathology hourly rate of $193.99 per hour.
CHILDCARE/SCHOOL SPEECH AND LANGUAGE SCREENERS (AGES 3-6)
Speech and Language Screeners are important tools to support with early identification of potential speech and language concerns. Screeners can also support to monitor progress and identify concerns as academic demands have increased. Screeners can help inform appropriate next steps, such as intervention and/or eligibility for funded supports.
Screenings are offered at a rate of $100.00 per student and include a summary report.
As a valued addition, we are pleased to offer a complimentary parent and teacher presentation for those who proceed with the screenings. This informative session covers key topics such as speech and language development, identifying potential red flags, strategies to support language growth across environments, and provides an opportunity for parents to ask questions and discuss general concerns.

Visuals can be paid for privately or funded by your NDIS Core Supports budget.
Visuals can be obtained as a physical resource and PDF copy, or as PDF only. Pricing will differ depending on the type of resource.
